Did you see Britain by Bike on BBC 4 yesterday?

Clare Balding was cycling from Lynmouth to Ilfracombe, following Harold Briercliffe’s cyclists guide books of the late 1940’s.

It was a lovely programme and really showed off what a beautiful area we live in. It was lovely to see the countryside that was so appreciated in the 40’s is still as unspoiled and spectacular today.

There were some superb shots of the  ‘Little Switzerland’ that is Valley of Rocks.
