Rooms

The rooms at South View are all unique and individually decorated.

They all follow the theme of a Devon flower being appropriately painted and accessorised, you will find lovely examples of hand finished soft furnishings, which make for a very unique and homely atmosphere.

All of our rooms at South View are fully en-suite, they are thoughtfully equipped, with little extras like hand cream and cotton wool, to ensure your comfort during your stay with us.

All rooms have compliments trays with a variety of drinks; lots of guests particularly enjoy the selection of chocolates!

There is ample wardrobe and drawer space and if you wish we can store suitcases for you until you leave.

The Rose Room

The Rose Room is a light and restful large double room with a single room attached and a larger en suite shower room - useful for a small family (one child) or as a twin room.

It is a south facing room on the first floor at the front of the property and has a lovely bay window sitting area with views over Lynton and to the hills of Exmoor beyond.

All our bedrooms are fully en-suite, with flat screen TV, and wireless internet access (in the main lounge only). All of our rooms also offer a hair dryer and toiletries for that extra personal touch as well as our home made cakes with the locally produced tea and coffee on your welcome tray.

The Fuchsia Room

The Fuchsia Room is a large double room with single room attached, also making it useful as a family (one child) or as a twin room. The room has a larger en suite shower room.

This room is south facing and situated on the second floor with a sitting area with views out over the village and hills beyond.

All our bedrooms are fully en-suite, with flat screen TV, and wireless internet access (in the main lounge only). All of our rooms also offer a hair dryer and toiletries for that extra personal touch as well as our home made cakes with the locally produced tea and coffee on your welcome tray.

The Lavender Room

The Lavender Room is a large double on the second floor. It is a light restful room situated at the rear of the property with a sitting area for two.

The bathroom is large with a bath and shower over, ideal for relaxing after a day spent walking.
